As your doula, I’m not here to lead your birth – I’m here to support your lead. I believe in informed choices rooted in you, in building confidence through knowledge, and in surrounding you with steady, compassionate presence.

More than just a doula, I’m a witness who trusts that you alone know what you need. My role is to make sure you feel supported, respected, and empowered through every decision and every surge.

Information + Education

- Offer evidence-based information so you can make the best choices for you and your baby

Work with me

When I’m on-call for your birth, it means you have my full attention, day or night. I stay close to home, keep my phone on me at all times, and make sure my car is ready to go the moment you need me. My bags are packed, my tank is full, and I’m prepared to step into your birth space as soon as you say the word.

There’s no clock on my support. I join you when you're ready (either in active labor or when you request me) and I stay through birth and the early postpartum hours. You won’t be rushed. I’ll be with you for as long as you need.

Your partner is an essential part of your birth story, and my role is to support both of you. They know your heart; I understand the rhythm of birth, and together we create a beautiful balance. I can guide your partner with hands-on techniques, like hip squeezes, and offer clarity or reassurance when things feel unfamiliar. My goal is to help them feel steady, confident, and connected throughout your labor.

The beauty of birth work is that support and storytelling often flow together. When I’m with you, I’m constantly tuning in - offering hands, words, grounding presence when needed, and picking up my camera in the quiet pockets where your strength and connection shine through.
I never disappear into the camera or away from your side. The two roles complement each other, creating a blend of care and documentation that honors your experience fully.
